RETURN GUIDELINES

Must Be Unused: Item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached, as well as any accessories that were included with the backpack or bag.

Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund.

30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form and ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the steps below:

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Please contact me for shipping address. Ship UPS Ground Service (Insured). Sorry, I.C.I. cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization (RMA).

Label - Please write or print a shipping label.

Secure the shipping label to the box.

Pack It - Pack merchandise securely into box and include RMA form.

Ship It - ship your package using U.P.S., U.S.P.S, FedEX or others. Please allow 7-10 days for item to be received. Parcels must be received within 30 days of completing the Return Authorization Form.
REFUND

You will receive your refund when item has been checked for defects and/or within two (2) business days of receipt of the parcel.

Please keep all shipping paperwork until your card is credited or receipt of your refund check.
